Returns

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Refunds

If your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
